AXA Mansard Health Limited has said it plans to help human resource practitioners and leaders identify and integrate concepts that will offer innovative employee benefits and motivation.
According to a statement obtained from the firm on Sunday, it plans to do this during the upcoming human resource conference with the theme: ‘Sustaining employees’ motivation through integrated benefit planning.’
The firm said it expected over 200 heads of human resource departments of large institutions across industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, consulting and non-governmental organisations.
It added that the keynote address would be delivered by the Chief Executive Officer/Registrar, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Mr. Sunday Adeyemi.
The Chairman, AXA Mansard Health, Mr. Olusola Adeeyo, said the support demonstrated the commitment of the firm to the development of human capital in Nigeria, adding that it was positioned to stimulate a more dedicated, committed, patriotic and highly productive workforce for the nation.
Adeeyo stated that the various plenary sessions at the conference had been designed to assist and equip human resource leaders with strategies and tools that could help deal with employee assistance programmes
