FOOTBALL GOSSIP: Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr, Release Team List For London Friendlies

SUPER EAGLES COACH GERNOT ROHR, RELEASE TEAM LIST FOR LONDON FRIENDLIES !

Super Eagles’ coach, Gernot Rohr has called up players that would do battles in the two-legged friendly games against Senegal and the Stallions of Burkina-Faso in London this month, March.
Goalkeeper Carl Ikeme return to the team after missing out on the Eagles last game due to injury. Also, home-based goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa is being called up. Portugal-based Chidozie Awaziem, Israel-based John Ogu and Watford FC of England forward Isaac Success are also called.
Those that would be joining the team for the very first time are; Germany-based forward Noah Joel Bazee and Holland-based defender Tyronne Ebuehi. Remember that Ebuehi who is a right back couldn’t join up with the team against Algeria because he wasn’t ready to play for Nigeria. While youngster Victor Osimhen, who is the record top scorer at the FIFA U17 World Cup, returns.

The Super Eagles will first be play the Terenga Lions of Senegal on Thursday, March 23. Then they will take on the Stallions of Burkina-Faso 4 days later. Both games will be played in same venue. The venue is The Hive, home ground of Barnet Football Club.
